These terms describe the proposed conditions for using African Stock Markets. The operator's legal name, registered or service address, and final dispute-resolution arrangements are awaiting legal review. This is not a final approved contract.

The service

African Stock Markets provides information and research about listed companies. This may include reported financial figures, end-of-day prices, corporate events, screeners, watchlists and AI-assisted analysis.

Coverage and features can change. Information can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or because a source or service provider is unavailable.

No investment advice or dealing service

We are not a broker or an investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold your investment money or provide buy or sell recommendations.

Nothing on the site considers your financial circumstances, objectives or risk tolerance. Scores are research summaries, not instructions to trade, price targets or guarantees of future results. You remain responsible for your investment decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

Accounts and optional features

Some features, including watchlists and reminders, require an account or additional choices. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not use another person's account without permission.

You must not share sign-in codes or authentication links. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us.

Reminder availability depends on the feature being enabled, your selections and any required email consent. A displayed event or an attempted sign-up is not a guarantee that an email will be sent or delivered. Check the issuer's announcements rather than relying on a reminder for a time-sensitive decision.

Acceptable use

You may read the public research and link to public pages. You must not:

• Attempt to access another person's account or private information.
• Circumvent access controls, interfere with the service or introduce harmful code.
• Misrepresent the source of the research or present it as a personal recommendation from us.
• Redistribute third-party reports or datasets without the rights or permission needed to do so.

Any commercial data reuse, automated bulk access or API arrangement needs its own applicable terms or permission. This draft does not grant rights to redistribute underlying datasets.

Content and third-party rights

Company reports, announcements, logos and third-party data may be protected by rights belonging to their respective owners. Making them available or linking to them does not transfer those rights to you.

Links to an issuer, source or other website are provided for reference. We do not control its content, availability or terms, and a link is not an endorsement.

Accuracy and corrections

We aim to present information carefully, but do not warrant that every figure, event or analysis is accurate, complete or current. AI-assisted text may contain errors or misinterpretations.

Check source documents and dates. Please use the corrections process to report a problem.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. We do not accept responsibility for investment decisions made solely in reliance on the site.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further limitation of liability requires legal review before these terms are finalised.

Personal information

The Privacy Notice describes the information used for accounts, optional features, analytics and service operations. It also identifies matters still awaiting legal or technical confirmation.

Changes, access and disputes

We may update these terms and will change the last-updated date when the text changes. The process for notifying users of material contractual changes, and the grounds and procedure for suspending an account, are still subject to legal review.

Kenyan law is the proposed governing law. The final choice of forum and contracting entity has not yet been confirmed. These proposals do not override mandatory rights under applicable law.
